Default Power steering noise

Hey all! I have a 99 NB with a 2.0L engine . I am finding when the weather gets warmer , I get a loud noise from my power steering while performing lower speed harder turns . I have checked the fluid and found the level is okay , but is dirty . At this point , I am not sure if the noise is from inside the power steering system , or just a squeaky dry bushing . Has anybody else encountered this before? I am wondering if a fluid flush may fix this .

If you know the fluid is dirty go ahead an flush it, why wait?

So finally got to flushing the fluid . The steering feels better , but the noise is still present . It sounds like a dry rubber bushing noise . Not sure if its from the sway bar bushings , strut mounts , steering gear bushings , or something else . Looking for any ideas .
