17988 P1580 Trottle Actuator B1 malfunction

My car has the following error code (cel)

17988 P1580 Throttle Actuator B1 Malfuction

I have cleared the code with my Vagcom only to have the cel return in 50 - 150 miles later. Car runs fine...what needs to be cleaned or replaced to eliminate this cel?
