Default 2.0 engine cooling

I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, thermostat, cooling fan and everything that has to do with the coolingfans to tell them to turn on. I have also checked to see if there is a blockage in the radiator nothing. the upper hose get hot and hard from pressure and the lower hose is cool to the touch and no pressure. when the car runs the over flow tank starts to bubble and the overheating light comes on. help am lost. thinking it maybe the head or head gasket.

You need to purge the air from the system. I'll put that up for you, here, in a minute. If you then still have trouble with your fans, I'll likewise put up the proper way to check them.

Here you go -

Bentley Cooling System Diagnostics
Overheating problem

Bentley drain and fill procedure, follow the directions to the letter. Several short drives, close to home, afterwards, should take care of it. Do not overfill the tank, pay attention to the fill line for cold or the fill line for hot.

Thumbs up

It will! Just follow the instructions about the a/c and heat off, 2000 rpm, and whatever else it says. Do check the thread incase someone has something else to add. Dealer Service uses a vacuum pump so they don't have to do this.

Also let us know the fans are operating properly.

have you replaced the sensors that are in the hose head cylinder flange? I had that issue once.
