Exclamation mild heat what gives.... ideas nedded

I just had it flushed... Luke warm air. No overheating.... Only way it gets hot if I hit the recycle or recirculate button but it fogs windows up then I switch to defrost and the not so warm air begins again. Any help?

Off the top of my head I would check the blend door; not certain why it would fog up, unless there was a coolant leak.

You have a air pocket. You need to bleed it, again. Make sure the car is cold. Open the expansion tank. Turn the heat on high, at the hottest setting. Start the engine and watch the expansion tank, the level should rise a little as it heats up. Maybe get a little gurgle. If it "boils" over, you have air in it still. If it boils over, turn off engine, top off fluid and try again. Keep repeating until it stops purging out the coolant.

I had the same problem after I changed a coolant hose. No heat. Good luck.

Ditto. There is a specific procedure for purging the system of air. It was refilled with G12 Coolant, right? 50/50 mix.

Bentley drain and fill procedure
