Is it broken where a bolt goes thru?

If not, you may be surprised what JB Weld will do. I'll give you two examples:

1. I repaired a Briggs two-cylinder engine in 2001 with JB Weld. The cam broke and pieces punctured the side of the lower housing. That engine still runs today on a saw with no leaks .......it's air-cooled and heats up considerably.

2. Lots of folks have successfully used JB Weld on TDI oil pans. They are cast aluminum and crack easily if the car bottoms in a bad pot hole.

Clean the area with Carb cleaner, blow off with compressed air and then apply the JB Weld. Use a C-clamp or something similar to hold in place until cured!

LOL.....no it has a BIG hole in it (like 3 inches round) ...it definitely needs replacement....we had the hood off to straighten out some issues with the left front body lines (my 2003 NBC is a rebuild) and a 3 lb mallet tumbled off the top of my stack box....didn't damage anything else...btu the plenum is beyond repair....well, i won't say that....it is beyond repairing to any semblence of factory .... sure i can patch it up adn keep it running as if nothing is wrong...i may even just fiberglass it...but it'll still look like a hack job til i replace it.

I have some AEG manifolds I'd sell cheap. Post a pic of your broken one.
