Exclamation Head Bolt Tool Needed!

Anyone near Pittsburgh have a 10mm polydrive tool that I can buy, rent or borrow, or know of a local source? I was hoping to get the head back on this weekend and that isn't going to happen if I have to mail order it.

O'reilly autoparts has a 6-12mm set I think it is around $10
