Default Secondary Air Injection Pump

Where is the Secondary Air Injection Pump Relay located? We are getting a code of P0411. Pump works we have tested it! Can't find the relay! Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated

If it works, that relay should be fine. Could be your fuel pump relay, or a number of other things.

Air leak at the pump or its hoses, the error comes from the wrong chemistry in the exhaust despite the pump being commanded to run so if the pump physically runs (which shows the relay must be ok...), then the air produced by the pump is escaping from the pump or hoses and not getting into the exhaust...

That was my assumption as well.
You pump could be pumping fine, but if it's leaking you're gonna throw a code.... It happened to me.
Don't know the year of your beetle (fill our your user profile- what we see in the upper right hand corner of your posts. It helps us help you), but if it's an earlier model, namely a SAI Pump with rivets, it an easy DIY repair. Basicially drilling out the rivets and replacing them with machine bolts and nuts. Pop the SAIP back in and you're in business.
CLICK HERE FOR THE DIY REPAIR THREAD.

Before you start your beetle, pop open the hood. Next, start your bug, then go under the hood and put your hand around the SAIP, if you feel air blowing/sucking around the seams, that's your problem and need to do the repair.

Hope this helps
