This is not the MAF sensor. This is the PCV valve. You can try using some strong glue to make the plastic pieces together and you probably have to use some hot melt glue to ensure the seal. If that doesn't work you have to replace the air intake duct and PCV valve assembly. They are not separable. Take a look at junkyards I'm sure you can find one there.
