Getting some diagnostic codes

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice about clearing off some codes?

I have been getting 172 (system too rich), I read some stuff already about that one.

301 Cylinder 1 Misfire (WTF, man)

1128 Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering

If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
(I'm not really a gearhead, so try to keep it in laymen's terms)

well on the misfire i my first guess is the spark plus and/or spark plug wires. are they old or have you done some work on them lately
