Default Changing the Spark Plugs

Hi All,
According the maintenance book, it's time to change the spark plugs in my wifes 2006, 2.5L convertible. Does anyone have any tips or pics for how to do this?

Thanks,
John

Hey there, I just did this two weeks ago and it turned out great.
Made a HUGE difference in the way He ran.

I have the Bently for the car, that is where the info came from.

First, unplug the wire harness from its connection to the main connection.

Basically, you have to gently pry the individual coil-packs up 3/8in, then disconnect the wire harness from each one. After the harness is disconnected, set it out of the way.

Then gently pry up each coil-pack with two screw drivers (be careful not to break off the side tabs) until they are free then set them aside in the order they came out. They are just pressed on so they are not really hard to pull out.
Then using a 5/8 spark plug socket remove each plug.

With the complexity of the operation, use the best plugs you can buy so you don't have to repeat often.

I am really glad I did mine, it was a huge change.
There is a special tool you can buy to replace the two screwdrivers by the way... I didn't.
