Gauges and pod

This question has probably been asked before, but I cannot find anything using the search, so.....

Has anyone ever installed a two gauge A-Pillar pod in a 2007 beetle? Reason why is the wife wants an oil pressure and water temp gauge for her new-to-her ride and is TOTALLY against the autometer or Bernt dash pods. She definitely wantds them on the A=Pillar like I have on my 02 Jetta.

I looked on 42 draft designs and ECS tuning, but it looks like the gauge pillar pods they list are for earlier models. Does the 2006-up models use the same A-pillar as the earlier models.

Any help or a link to getting the right pod would be great!!

I know the convertible a-pillars are different from the hard top ones.... but i dont think they are different form the 06+ change. Your signature says that you have an 02 tdi.. so why don't you just compare the 2 pillars side by side?

The 02 is a Jetta TDI, and the pillars are different. I've seen gauge pods for earlier Beetles for sale, but nothing mentioned about the 2006 and up.
