Good question, I need to know as well. I think I saw .043 somewhere. Can someone confirm. Installation torque would be nice to know too.

Which engine code the gaps vary by engine codeie. 2.0 AEG .9 to 1.1 mm AVH,AZG,BCD,BEV,BGD 1.0 to 1.1 mm Gap
2.5 1.0 to 1.1 gap

tighten to AEG 30Nm
All others 25Nm

Tighten 2.5 l to 25 Nm

ive found people saying 1.0 and other people saying 0.44

The spects I posted came straight from the bently factory manual.

The 1.0 is in Metric so is the torque spec, the .44 in " american" .

Be careful mixing measurements. The don't convert cleanly.

NASA wreaked a couple of hundrend millon dollar spacecraft on Mars because one group was using metric and the other non metric when doing calculations for the craft. Smacked it into the planet at like 100,000 mph. Bet the martians had a good laugh. Your tax dollars at work.
