Monsoon amp and factory speaker replacement
I have the monsoon system in my NB. I have already installed an aftermarket head unit. I have purchased some Infinity reference 6010c component speakers for the front and Infinity Reference 6012 speakers for the rear. I want to install them but I need to know how to bypass the monsoon amp but still be able to use the factory wiring harness. Is this possible and still get the full range thru the front speakers or do I need to run new speaker wire? If I need to run new wire, has anyone done this, and if so where did you route the wires. I want it to look professional.
Also, has anyone installed component speakers in their NB. If so were did you mount the crossover for the speakers? Pics would be great if you have any. If not thats ok.
