That's the exact setup I have (Great sound when all the speakers are ran off a 600W amp), I ran new wires b/c I wanted to use thicker guage wire and the HU I have had three pre-outs (front, rear, sub), so I just had to run wire from the amps I have in the rear to each of the speakers. I spent one good day and pulled out all of the panels and ran the wire behind them. The only thing I had to worry about getting to the back of the HU were the RCA patch cables and remote wire. I assume that if you would want to use the factory wires but not the amp all you would have to do is cut the amp out of it, and connect the wires on both sides of it. Those speakers love power so if you want the best sound out of them then your HU alone will not give then the watts they need, neither will the monsoon amp. At shows I could open my car all up and easily drown out the other music the dj is playing.
