Here's a KO4 install on an Audi TT (with lots of pictures)...This is a FANTASTIC write-up!

If you have to replace the turbo, I would suggest a KO3S turbo (from a later model car) It has a KO4 compressor wheel, and generates more boost.
There was enough oil to cause a scare, but not half a quart or anything. Here are some pics of the problem and you can see (barely) how much oil there is on the ground. Thanks!!
