Oil leak cured:

borrowed needle nose pliers from O'Reilly's.
borrowed straight-slot screwdrive from O'Reilly's
used my own knife to cut off excess hose.

$2.49 coolant hose #19026
$2.39 hose clamps #6203v (8mm-22mm)
= $5.22 total

The hose clamps had to be loosened just a bit before they'd fit, very snug, what I'd like to call "perfect" fit.

I didn't take photos yet, I'll get one shortly. Think I'll buy another coolant hose cause I cut just a smidge more off than I'd have liked.

I haven't inspected it while running yet.

Thanks yelojkt for a great solution.
