As a "rehearsal" for next year's coast to coast gtg, I'll be leaving for Iowa on Saturday, May 19.

Since it's about 1000 miles, and I'll be a bit pressed for time and money, the route will be a near straight line through Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and finally, Iowa.

First stop for the night will be Lorain, Ohio. Sunday morning, I'll be happy and pleased to meet anyone who'd like to meet me that's willing to come up to I-80. (Not a big jump for several Ohioan Orgers, or a Pennsylvanian or two? )

If enough of the curious show up, I just might stay one more day somewhere in Ohio.

Then it's onward to Illinois and Iowa, arriving Sunday or Monday night. Staying one night, maybe two.

And then homeward bound.

Hoping to arrive home over Memorial Day weekend.
