Well....if I had been at "BUGFEST" just lounging around instead of "working" I probably could have walked around and taken some pictures. As it was, I didn't even get a chance to vote.
Oh well......
The Rt. 66 caravan cruised in about 2:30. They got hung up in traffic on 80/94 near the Indiana/Illinois border. Typical on a Sunday afternoon. Each NB was presented with a "BUGFEST 2007" plaque and I gave them the "Welcome" sign that was posted at the entrance to the show.
I couldn't believe that there were only two New Beetles entered in the show this year. I guess the excitement has subsided....
Next show is in Rockford on July 15th - mark your calendars and be there!!! I'll post the details later.
