We had a miserable day in DC today - rain all day long, really gloomy. When I leave for work in the morning it is still dark, so I did not see how my top was holding up. When I left to go home, my top appeared soaked. Why didnt the water bead up?!  Any ideas? |
1) The product didn't get a chance to dry prior to being subjected to rain.
2) The product isn't a waterproofing agent.
I haven't read the specs or ever used RaggTopp, but my guess would be #1.
