You may need a BFH to get the pipes separated from the clamping sleeve.
It's pretty self-explanatory though. Remove and replace...no special tricks required. Make sure and get new copper pinch nuts and a new gasket for the downpipe to turbo connection. A little Wurth Exhaust Assembly paste might be a good idea for the clamp connection as well. You can buy it other places I'm sure but I know that tdiparts.com has it.
