I used to change it by shimmying under the passenger side and just loosening the oil plug with no rams. As for the oil filter, it isnt terribly concealed but its going to be a bitch to get off and you might just have a few oil slicks on your driveway for a while
Other than that just go to wally world and get some jack stands for like 10 dollars and jack it up.
