So is it wrong that I recently told BW, who recently ended his first big relationship and thought he was getting married, etc....
Well I told him he should spend some time exploring girls and not look or get into another heavy relationship.
I told him I didn't mean to have one night stands but to def have some fun and keep it under wraps.
He's 20, he needs to have his heart broke at least a couple more times before he gets it right and before that, he needs to have a bit of consensual fun.

No, I think because you said that, that makes you an awesome mother. You're right! He should have some fun. He should have his heart broken a couple times and maybe break a few, himself. But if the next one feels perfect in every way he shouldn't ignore that either. You never know when the right one is going to come along...ya know? If he isn't ready it won't feel right.
