Not really. But if your error code says it's an O2. And the dealer verifies that the O2 sensor is bad. Yes, it could affect your fuel mixture and cause it to go lean.

I'm not sure what code P1250 could mean, it could be a whole different problem.

I think your best plan is to replace the sensor, clear the codes, and see what happens.

If you buy the sensor from autozone, they may offer to clear the code after you replace it. Ask them.
