Thanks Jess! I'm not sure of either. I want to say downstairs is probably about 800 sq ft. It's tiny
I meant to ask that last night. And I think the house was built in the early 1900's. I know the owner said he grew up there and his parents grew up there and I'm guessing he's in his late fifties, early sixties.
