Today was a rather short NB day but it was a great one! It was a very hot and muggy Saturday today. We had a club meeting late in the afternoon so we hung in the house until we had to bail at about 2:30. I stopped to fuel up and across the street sat a pretty little red NB in a restraunt parking lot. After we gassed up, I cruised across the street for a pic and a tag. This was my first TAG with the new cards you designed for me Al. Thanks so much. It was a thrill. Now we wait to see if they bite. I have a pocketful of tags and am bound to drag someone on here.
Anyway, during the drive into the meeting, we saw 3 more NBs on the street. After the meeting several of us ran a caravan into downtown Tulsa for dinner. Jacob was with us so that made 4 NBs so far. We were with good friends and Lily was running life a champ. Life was excellent!
After dinner we went our seperate ways. I spied another NB in a parking lot. This one had a zebra paint job so I couldn't resist. We had to stop for another pic. As we left this stop, we discovered we were cruising along with a very happy couple in a nice vert. We cruised along for a few miles and then went our seperate ways as well. It was a great afternoon. Had a great drive, made my first official tag, saw 6 nice NBs and cruised for a few with a couple we have never spoken to but are definitely NB friends.
