Oh yeah? Did you get something in the mail? Are they fixing it as an extended warranty on the part, or are they treating it as a recall?
I just got off the phone w/Dell technical support (over an hour!) and I
THINK my laptop is fixed. "Ranjit" (How I Met Your Mother reference!) finally figured out the proper network driver for me to install (only took him 3 "tries") and once I got online, he took control of my computer and installed everything for me. I'm defagmenting my hardrive and then I'll start installing EVERYTHING all over again.
