I know...and we would have but we got to the ferry around noon and by the time we finally got to Ellis Island it was close to 2. We got back to Battery Park around 5 pm. We didn't realize all of that would take so long. We went to get on the ferry around 4 from Ellis Isaldn and by the time it showed up and left and got us back to the big island it was after 5 and I figured you had already gone by then.
I thought we could call you when we were done with Ellis Island. I had no idea it would take that damn long. That's the only NYC sight that I have never been to before so I didn't know.
