Popular music over here is the same as what you hear on the radio. Or at least, almost the same, we don't have the country scene over here. Dutch singing artist are a great minority as their music is mostly not the popular style, usually more chanson style. There's one young guy JIM who sings more modern, but this song is actually of Spanish origin .
Same goes for Jeroen van der Boom. The tunes I know from a Spanish singer.

My iTunes library has 60's 70's some 80's. classical, gospel, smooth jazz, country, some 50's and 60's crooners, and some stuff I'm not sure what you would call it.
