there is only one instance where a 16" is perfectly acceptable (well, two):
1: snow tires (and even 15 is ok there).
2: retro steelies.
any other application should immediately resort to a minimum of 17 inches in wheel diameter, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
to be honest, 18 is nice, but 19 is even better. there's a lot of wheelwell to fill up.
seen a slammed bug on20s and it looked dope as hell, makes me wanna do it.
