Well, I had this treatment done, and it did not seem to work.

Now that the weather is getting wet/snow, the smell is coming back.

Anyone have any idea what part I could replace to get rid of this smell?

There's no apostrophe before an 's' when you're talking about the plural version of a word. "I took some neat photo's!" is NOT correct.
