I know the weather is terrible but on a day when it is clear you could drive up a driveway with curb's and pop the one side up(passenger sd ) then you would be able to access it...I'll see if i have any pic's in the Bently to help you out in finding it... I had the same nasty smell but was fixed by me cleaning the cabin air filter box out with Lysol Wipes and new filter....My condensate drain was clear and clean....In a northern climate i would not remove the boot as that would cause all kinds of other problems. The best way to clean the drain is to remove the rubber on the drain carefully as not to damadge it and vacuum it out and put the rubber back on and your all set...
