Burn Fat, Lose Weight, and Gain Muscle - DailyBurn They also have an app for the iPhone. Great site to keep track of what you're actually eating. They have TONS of foods in their database with all the nutritional info.
I always feel I eat well, and I work out a ton. But have never looked the way I'd like. So I'm finding this is a great way to keep me honest. And you can check the logs of what you eat. So if you have a week where you "thought" you should have lost, you can always go back and see if maybe you cheated more than you thought.
