Another Saturday in the books. Cup's almost done

Friday was a pain trying to get the alternator off. With coaching help from Dr. Dub, Justin via the phone, some PB blaster and a screwdriver, I was able to pry it out. I've been under the weather for the past 3 days, so I cut things short and called it a night.

Saturday was a good day. Old t-stat out, new one in. Alternator re-installed. the next big pain was removing the bolt that holds the timing belt roller in place. It took an act of congress, some PB blaster and about 30 minutes of soak time to get that bad boy loose and jettison from Cup. The water pump ain't no picnic either. I shot it with some PB blaster and it's soaking for me to tackle Sunday evening. Chances are that Sunday night Cup will be finished, with new doo dads on her and a oil change.

This Cupdate: repair edition, is brought to you by NyQuil. I'm about to take a shot of it and put my head down. Good night.
