alg referred to the vacuum line from the intake in a reply...I was talking about the other end of that hose where it plugs into a black box with 4 other hoses right behind the coolant res. I can take a pic tomorrow, tonight I am very frustrated  I just really have no ideas on what this could be...seems like maybe a vacuum leak but we checked and double checked. I can't at all believe it is not related to the fact that we had some things off the car when we were looking at the TB.
