that sounds like motivation!! lol but I use my DailyBurn app everyday on my iPhone and its motivation in itself! my little graph makes me happy

and I love that I can type in any food and it tells me the Nutritional value about the servings and such. I LOVE IT!

thanks! if i ever NEED ice cream then thats good advice. but I've been really good about just strictly fruit, veggies, and grilled chicken, fish, etc. If I'm feeling cheaty then I'll have sugar free jello with a little whipped cream on it
