The Perfect-Fit "Crawler" is still available for the 2006-2010's from carbras.com. They also have the non-crawler style for the 1998-2005's available (but it may be the Colgan brand).

Apparently, Perfect-Fit of Canada stopped making the bras in January of 2008. Carbras/Perfect-Fit USA purchased all of the remaining stock. They also stock Colgan, Covercraft and LeBra.
