and you're right the Shrek one is definitely more "Fiona bug's" color but I also like the purple and blue ones, interesting set of colors I must say

It is called a "kids" plate, not all states have license plates that can have characters on them, it is $2 extra per year to renew and part of my registration goes to abused and neglected children
