Your guess is as good as anyone else's. Most magazines are saying yes. Their details may be a bit different depending on the magazine, and they all have different sketches of what it could look like.
There has been NOTHING official given by VW, so what we've seen so far, is nothing more than speculation.
So there could be an all new New Beetle (or just Beetle) out anywhere between December 2010, and never.
