OEM vs Monsoon unit
Okay I can say for SURE that this Monsoon unit DOES work just fine in a non-Monsoon car. I just purchased one last week from ECS and after coding it works great! Major props to Ricky from Dirrito Bros. VW in Walnut Creek for putting the code in for me free of charge. The code was on the sticker taped to the unit housing. Don't believe all of the nay sayers out there on all of the VW forums.
