Last week I've made these pork sticks and it was yummy 
I couldn't get the coca cola to become thick.
At my first try I even cooked away the cola  
The combination of cola, soy sauce and ketchup is a good one.
My advice though is to let the meat lie in the sauce for a whole night, or at least a couple of hours instead of only 30 minutes.
That way the sauce can really crawl inside of the meat.
