Not sure what you're asking....If the two pieces are welded can you not separate them by cutting them..??? I assume the center section is o.k....??? What i would do in this case is order the down pipe... Test fit it when you get it and then you'll know where to cut the centre section...? In factory fitment this section has a VW sleave clamp...
