X2! This just happened to me last month. I had a battery and alternator replaced while on a trip. I finally got my radio pulled out the 10amp was blown! As soon as I replaced the fuse, I turned the radio on, it said SAFE and then went straight to playing. I didn't even have to code it. It is worth a try and the radio is pretty easy to get out.
