springs can get you 2.5" easily, and anything lower than that you would have to do these things. so its pointless to get coilovers unless you really want to go that low.

i don't know what they compare to in ride quality compared to springs and coils, i've always had either one or the other. and when you have coilovers, y not all the way?

i'm still trying to figure out how i can get my rear lower. i have rear perches completely out and bump stops shortened. i still have about and inch lower i can get. i just want my fender sitting on wheel lip like my front or even lower. i'm possibly going to cut out the rear spring lower plate, and weld a new one lower.
I actually have no problem with notching my frame actually. I've been reading up on it, but i'm not seeing how much to do and such yet, but i do see exactly where the frame hits the axle. The swaybar, not so much because the frame is MUCH closer than the swaybar.
