"Idiot's Guide" illustrator Peter Aschwanden dies
Peter Aschwanden, who did the fabulous illustrations for John Muir's <i>How to Keep Your Volkswagen Alive</i>, has died at age 63. You have always wanted to put that drawing of the disassembled engine on a t-shirt. Now's the time to do it, in his memory.

That sucks, I have the aircooled idiots guide, plus the Rabbit one he illustrated. I thought the drawings were hilarious and also helpful. The oldschool Volkswagen crowd will surely miss him.
