Default Its a new bug again!

The odometer on my 67 beetle went back to 000000! It's a new car again! (sort of) btw that pic on my avatar was a 71 I was going to get but I did not. I found a better bug.

The 71 was painted with house paint and the guy who was selling it to me did not have the time to fix it up for me. He said I could have the 67 cheaper. Only thing, I had to fix it myself. So I got the 67. It is a great year for beetles.

and the speedo now says 34k. I had to install a replacement since the old one busted.

Looks gorgeous! Just found this part of the site - after going to the Cornwall Jamboree I really fancy getting an old bug and spending some time doing it up. You just proved to me it can be done well! Dad is desparately trying to convince me not to do it - he hates air cooled cars - I think he just doesn't want me taking up his garage
