Some awesome history, Mike. I remember much mention of that trip but never got to see it in magazine form.

Hi Mad Mike! That was quite the trip you and the StudBug made only a few short yrs. ago! Yikes- nice rims! The StudBug is doing well here! Paul, our daughter Michelle and her boyfriend Brian, took him rallycross racing last weekend at Perry's Park in Leicester, NY (same place Karl Scheible raced him yrs. ago) and had a blast. Of course, Brian and Michelle beat Paul as usual! I didn't go along this time so I don't have pictures. There is a race in a few weeks and I will be going to that so I will take lots of pics and post them for all of you to see! The StudBug is a blast to ride in while driving on the NYS Thruway. People in other cars wave at us and there are many smiles when they see him!! Even a NYS Trooper drove up alongside, checked him out, then smiled and drove away!! WHEW!! haha! I'll keep you posted!
