cold heat on idle

I have a 06 2.5l tip tronic which I love....heat works great, until I sit at idle then it turns cold.....anyone else have this problem, or just me?

There is a fix for this problem. Take it back to the dealer and have them replace the coolant expansion tank.
There is a thread with more info about this problem. Do a search on this site for "No Heat", and then click around a bit till you find it.

I think there are 3 or 4 threads about this issue...but it is an easy fix that IS covered under warranty. Your dealer should know exactly what to do. I had the issue fixed on mine and it works fine now...good luck!

thanx for all the info on this....i shoulda looked around the site first but didn't know what to look under. I have an appt with my dealer to get it looked at. :D
