Seller's Description and Comments
With over 550 horsepower, a 0-60 of 3.2 seconds and a standing quarter mile time of 11.7 seconds at well over 100 mph you would think I was talking about a Porsche 911 Turbo or perhaps Lamborghinis Gallardo. But no, what we have here is the meanest, nastiest, all four tire spinning VW New Beetle on the planet. And after a day behind the wheel of this car, it really is worth the price of admission. Shoe-horned into the Bugs front engine bay is a 3.2 liter VR6 engine with HPAs Stage II Twin Turbo Package with twin intercoolers pumping out a whooping 550 horsepower and 608 lb-ft of torque. All that power is transferred through VWs own 4 Motion all-wheel drive system and 6 speed gearbox. Putting that rubber on the ground are nice and wide authentic Rsi O.Z 9X18 rims wrapped in Dunlop 255-35 ZR18 rubber. With all this power and grip, it takes nothing short of a miracle to stop this hurling mass of Beetle. Taking on that challenge is HPAs Stage II braking system consisting of 14.1 in Porsche Cayenne rotors up front, and 12.1 in rotors in the rear. What would all this power be without a mean looking exterior? HPA was able to get a hold of original Rsi body panels to make this car a MUCH faster version of the real deal. With 5.5 in wider fenders and signature rear wing, there is not a smoother looking Beetle in the States. Dont miss your chance to own such an amazing piece of automotive engineering, call David at 908-342-6644 with any questions that you might have and definitely check out the feature article of THIS car in European Car magazine. - Air Conditioning, Climate Control, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Mirrors, Leather Steering Wheel, Leather Shifter, Clock, Tachometer, Tilt Steering Wheel, Sunroof, Moonroof, Driver Airbag, Passenger Airbag, Keyless Entry, Security System, ABS Brakes, Rear Defogger, Fog Lights, Intermittent Wipers, AM-FM, Cassette, Anti-Theft, 18 inch Wheels, Leather Interior Surface - Contact Peter Kern for more informati>
