Beetle VR6 Swap questions

Hi, I wanted to know what would be involved in swapping a 12v VR6 into a 2.0 GLI 2000 Beetle what parts would I need besides the engine. And how difficult would it be and what parts can I reuse from the 2.0 setup.

There is a guy here in Memphis that has one. I can get you his info if you want me to. Actually i think he will be wanting to get rid of it soon. His is a 24V though.
