Hi Folks,

I know if your a regular on the site you have seen my 1958 beetle before, well this week I sent it to get some much needed body work done.
Repairs will include heater channels, and door posts, first on the passenger side then next year I will tackle the drivers side.
Photo shows the car on the way to the body shop.
I'll keep you updated...

Peter

That is a VERY pretty beetle you've got. I love the color. It's so sad to see them on a flatbed, though, even if they are being taken for healthy upkeep.

I'll be looking for those updated pictures!

It is sad to see a Bug on a flatbed, but in this case, it's a good thing!

It's getting to be driven around, instead of doing the work...and for an older bug, they like to be taken care of. A nice ride to the shop for some work, and then back on the road. Yup. An old bug likes to be driven every now and then, if it means being fixed...

I need to get an old bug again...

I have to add that the avatar I use is incorrect. That beetle was going to be my first bug but... long story short I ended up fixing up a ruby red 67 sedan.
